Oka Nannys introduces and coordinates vetted professionals — nannies, cleaners, housekeepers and property staff — for families, homeowners, guests and businesses in Marbella and the Costa del Sol. Specific arrangements are agreed per request.
Prices are quoted per request and depend on the service, hours and details involved. A quote is not a binding contract until confirmed by both sides.
Payment terms, timings and cancellation arrangements are agreed with you at the time of booking and provided in writing.
We vet the people we place with genuine care (see How we vet), but we always encourage families and clients to meet the professional and satisfy themselves before a placement begins.
We act in good faith to provide a reliable service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute falls under the courts of Málaga, Spain.
