• Contact details you give us (name, phone, email) via WhatsApp, our enquiry form or our application portal.
• Details of your request (your family, home or property, dates and preferences).
• For nannies and staff applying to work with us: work history, references and documents you choose to provide.
• Basic, anonymised website usage data (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide and coordinate our services, match families with suitable professionals, and keep in touch about your request. Our legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the agency.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to provide the service — for example sharing relevant details between a family and a professional for a placement — and with trusted providers who host our systems. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
