Every nanny, cleaner and housekeeper is interviewed in person or by video call. We get to know their experience, their manner and why they do this work — the things a CV can't show.
We contact previous families and employers directly to confirm experience, reliability and character. We follow up on what we're told.
We verify identity and, for childcare roles, seek a criminal-record certificate where available. Nannies are first-aid aware, and we record the documents relevant to each role.
We don't hand you a list of strangers. We match by hand to your family, home, languages and standards — and we stay in touch to make sure the fit is right.
No agency can promise perfection, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we promise is genuine, careful checks, honest communication, and that we always encourage families to meet and satisfy themselves before any placement begins. If we wouldn't be comfortable, we say so.
